Sustainabli was founded by Kevin Tu, an alumnus of the University of Maryland and a Churchill Scholar at the University of Cambridge; he is a published green chemistry researcher with 7 years of research experience at Johns Hopkins University and Duke University.

William MacLeod is seeking to commercialize his graduate work at Johns Hopkins University. He has previously worked as an engineering consultant for US Government clients across a breadth of technical fields. William is also an Army veteran and received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute ofTechnology.
